On the eve of the next cultural budget announcement, the Short Film Market invites participants to explore the publication of this report, highlighting some of its recommendations regarding short films. The discussion will also consider bills passed since the report’s release and reflect on the structural changes that will affect how short films are produced and distributed over the coming year.
