He is renowned for creating acclaimed animated short films, including The Cat Came Back and Strange Invaders, which blend heart and humor while portraying ordinary characters thrust into surreal situations. His very latest film—and the fifth he has made with the NFB—Maybe Elephants, playfully explores artificial intelligence.
