Synopsis
Ulaan Monster follows Misheel, a Canadian/Mongolian dancer, as she returns to her country of birth, Mongolia, to teach contemporary dance. Over the course of two weeks, she reconnects with her family, explores a neighborhood in transformation, and gently confronts questions of identity and belonging, while inspiring a new generation eager to break away from tradition.
